Security is part of Tots at Work from the ground up. The cameras on your site are protected by a Firewall that prevents unauthorised access and alerts our monitoring centre if anyone attempts to break in.

The camera images are transmitted via a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) that encrypts the data using the latest AES encryption technology (AES is a new system being adopted by Government and Military to replace the older DES & 3DES system).

Once on our web site the live video stream and other data can only be accessed by authorised individuals who are identified by a unique username, password and centre identification code. Even then all communication with the web site is protected by SSL the same security used for online credit card transactions.

We believe that in bringing you such a service, security is the most important factor. Therefore we employ independent security experts to regularly assess our security practices.
