Q Will I receive help incorporating Tots at Work into my setting?
Incorporating Tots at Work into your setting is simple and straightforward. We will provide you with;
- templates to add to your Registration procedure to ensure all parents are aware of the web cams and galleries.
- policy template to incorporate into your Nursery Operational Plan.
- fact sheets for parents incorporating FAQ to advise them on logging on and other common questions they may have.
- trouble shooting guides for Nursery administrators.
- fact sheets for Nursery staff to ensure they can answer any questions may be asked. As well as ensuring they are able to promote the service you are providing.
Q How long will an installation take?
Installation consists of 2 phases.
- Phase One is the hardware installation at the Nursery. This should take around half a day.
- Phase Two consists of setting up access for all current parents. On Average this will also take around half a day based on the information supplied.
The above may vary depending on the size of the setting and the number of cameras required.
Q What support will I receive after the initial install?
Tots at Work will provide training to Nursery Administrators on how to use and administer the software, as well as providing helpful fact sheets. As well as providing free telephone support to Nursery Administrators.
Q What will I require?
 All we require is a BT line to allow us to install Broadband access to allow the Nursery to send information to our hosting centre.
Q Who is allowed to access the Web Cams
We believe that the live web images are for the sole purpose of the parents and carers of children. Therefore we ask that passwords are not shared. We issue upto three login accounts per child.
